These are later car trays. The tools are very clean and I rate them a 9.5 There are a few spots and scuffs on a few of the wrenches so I say a 9.5 so no one will be disappointed. And yes the screwdriver handles are the correct Heyco translucent red. In addition either set will have a new blue cloth included. $475 shipped without a case, or $520 with a case shipped CONUS. And I have new blue cloths that I will sell as well $45 shipped CONUS I also have knockoff Motometer tire gauges if you want more eye candy $45.
