Not mine, but $450 isn't bad for a face plate in this shape. The radio post holes have been hogged out a little bit, but a blaupunkt fascia would cover this up nicely. Even without the cover, probably not that noticeable. I can't tell if the opening has been enlarged, but it looks like a clean cut.
