Ad says, 3.0CS although it has an M30B34 sourced cylinder head from a 1987 635csi. It is kind of vague regarding whether it was the whole motor, or just the cylinder head. It is carbed with fairly new Weber's and aluminum radiator. Anyone on here your car?

No Reserve should be interesting. Located in Mill Valley, my old stomping grounds for a while. Great roads out there.

Of course I am a fan of that color combo. Looks like an automatic car originally based on serial number. Interesting that someone swapped the motor but went with 4-speed instead of 5-speed as well as carburetion. Sharp style lines; looks like a very nice coupe overall.

- I did the same on mine, the rebuilt motor didn't come with the injection and got the Zenith's tuned pretty well plus it kept it period correct for US spec and I guess I am one of the few that likes the 4-speed. I like it for mountain driving and don't do a ton of long distance trips. I don't mind the revs I guess. If I had the injection and a 5-speed laying around I probably would have made the switch, but still felt the pull of the bigger motor and it ran great. That was on the '73 Bavaria to be clear. It however was originally a 4-speed, not an auto, so in that case I can see why it would make more sense going through all that work already for the conversion.

. The seller says a battery cut-off switch has been installed, and notes post-ignition run-on
