Bid to $78k on BaT last year. I'd venture that BaT is a better venue for the car than Barrett but who knows!

Ya, I thought seller was crazy to not take the $78k and run.

BJ is known venue for HOT RODs/musclecars to do well, but not so much Euro stuff.

He's going to lose his shirt and it'll barely get $40k. And watch, either the seller or one of his buddies will buy it back to avoid a complete shellacking.

B-J commission is 10% both ways, I believe. BAT is $99 seller and 5% buyer. Agreed the seller should have sold it last year on BAT.

Nailed it! It wouldn’t have taken much at all to make the car very palatable on BaT. Even so, it somehow got to nearly $80K and they didn’t sell.

I saw that car several years ago and chatted with the owner/builder. He was into it.
