Not an e9 or e3, but a worthy project $$ 507

The family, the buyer, and the car wins if they sell it. For most owners, having a project car like that is akin to winning the HGTV dream home. It isn’t practical for their living arrangement and they can’t the property tax.

They should either pay to finish the project or take the 1.7M as it sits.
That is a fine offer.
Why are the pictures being hosted on the google drive of the Hopewell, Va school system?
Hopewell is a small city south of Richmond, home to numerous chemical plants.

There was a family in central Va named Kessler who owned one of these back in the day. Not this car.
