Wow...I am jealous of your fabrication talents..that's looking very solid and happy...proof that you can make a silk purse out of a sow's ear..More pictures as you progress.

Firstly realised this has landed in completely the wrong section instead of restore....oops!

A mate of mine in the UK did it. He is only young given the skill he has been doing it for a long while. He is a massive MINI enthusiast but did this as his first CS. Neither of us realised what lay behind all the rubber and covers and paint - but that's now the dim and distant past.

Love the color and the correct touch of painting the area below the headlights black.. Often overlooked.

Splendid.
