ask him about chroming process, if he says a magical word (element Cu) you can trust the chroming process
if he only says Ni + Cr, no good
if he does not know which kind of process was done, no good

I purchased for a 2002 hoping it would fit. I had the bumpers trued and then stripped and re-chromed. It was then I found NO fit for 2002.

This is a guy who bought an e9 bumper expecting it to fit a 2002. Then he had it straightened, stripped, and re-chromed before checking whether it would fit. You think such a person would understand how the bumper was plated?

Also note that the center-section is not part of the deal. I asked. Also it is for a 2000CS not a 2800/3.0 because there is no provision for the rubber.
