I see the steering column cover is flipped. What normally is the lower part is now used as upper part, but it does nicely contour with the dash.
How did they get this functional (if it is...) ?

Oh, and the plastic cover around the key hole is missing.

edit- after clarification by @deQuincey in post #6; my first statement above is incorrect. the upper and lower column ARE in the right place. ( the key hole plastic cover ("fahrt-ein-aus i think it reads") is missing.

i can not see what you mentioned, i think they are in the right position up/down, but someone has butchered the wall in which the clausor sould seat, and additionally the plastic cover is missing

I guess I’m not seeing any issues with the steering column, other than the missing cover. The speedometer and tachometer are flipped. The speedo should be to the left of the tach. Also, the steering wheel is a 35cm petri, typically found on 2002’s.
