value is probably 100 to 300 depending on overall condition and cut / uncut. if it is absolutely in perfect condition perhaps more ...
uncut yes + pretty nice - minty ... not so much. here's a really nice original one that is going on my coupe
Yes, 2800CS did not have the lettering. When BMW had to replace the symbols with words on the controls then the lettering was added.
Is that like “yes, we have no bananas? : ) And weren't the symbols on the knobs themselves? It’s been so long since I’ve seen a completed coupe interior, I don’t remember.
Yes, knobs had symbols along with lights and wipers. By 74 the a/c knobs only had a mark on them.

Not quite mint w/those extra holes on the top hole.
Hmmm...didn't know that...they look factory.
The paint finish also changed over the years. Note the splatter finish vs smooth. If I had to guess they had to move away from the splatter finish in order to properly apply the stencils.
my 2800cs (cut) panel from a '71 doesn't have the extra holes
Those were added for some strange reason
