Oil pressure gauge Q

I'm looking to add VDO aux. gauges to the coupe, and was wondering what range I should look for in the oil pressure gauge? I have a set of 3 gauges from an old VW with volt-temp-pressure setup. It has a regular 12 volt gauge, oil temp range is 150c (300f), and pressure is 5 bar (-+80lbs?). Is this too low for the m30 motors, and should I look for a 10 bar (150psi)gauge?

I'd think 0-5 bar would be plenty.

VDO gauges

If you can afford new ones, go for the Series 1 gauges available from any VDO reseller. I think they look much better matching the original gauges.

The Cowpoke Racing CSL has a VDO Vision style gauge that maxes out at 80PSI.
