One other question, all. Best enclosed shipping service you recommend? Virginia to California. Also, donating to the site question.

I have had my fair share of disappointing long haul carriers with every excuse in the book. Can you help me out with who you have used with "no stories" at a fair rate?

Thank you, in advance, Bill.

BTW, I want to donate to the site. Are there tiers of giving: IE- "Site donor $ vs. Site Donor $$"?

Thanks (again).

I, for one, am just glad that you still have any money left. Seriously, happy that you are joining the group with such a beauty; Siennabraun has never looked better on a car. I'm sure that the moderators will chime in, but I'm not aware of any tiers. Thanks for your donation, and welcome.

@tradervic Reliable, Horseless, Passport are all good companies. I have used them several times for cross country enclosed service. Just keep in mind that each will take up tp 2 weeks depending on where their other pick up points are and also weather. I also beleive that truck drivers have girlfriends in every county so allow for that as well.

Have used Plycar from NH to Los Angeles & had everything all set for NH to Monterey. Very reasonable, great communication & exceeded my expectations. I like them better than Intercity who I used exclusively for 12 years.

Passport-damaged a car that was not replaceable. Insurance payout doesn’t right the wrong.
Reliable - no problems
Intercity- never a problem but schedules not as flexible as bigger carriers. I use them because they are locally headquartered, privately owned, own their equipment and use have drivers that have been For a long time drivers. But they cost more than you will pay to just find a spot with a driver looking to fill a truck.

Passport, Intercity, Horseless Carriage, all do good work but you may pay a little more. Well worth it considering how nice your car is. Congrats!
