Opti-Coat

Just ordered a new Tesla Model S. Sort of the technology yin and yang with the 2800.

Anyway, Tesla people seem all agog with a clear liquid coating called Opti-Coat:

Interesting technology...hopefully better results than the opti-grab...

Detailing community here in Finland has got good results with Opti-Coat.
Good durability in Finnish winter.

Just need to make sure that paint is flawless before applying Opti-Coat.
All minor scratches and such will be sealed under the coat and if you want to fix them, you need to polish the opti-coat off first....
