Looks similar to Lonnie Sharts' coupe which was owned by Parker Spooner, one of the charter members of the BMW CCA.

Very clean looking coupe, congratulations, may you have many miles of smiles and smooth running.

God I love the look of that - so right - looks like it has been very thoughtfully restored! You like me need the proper boot badge though!

It's not restored. With the accept ion of a little paint touch up in a few spots, it original . I've just kept cleaning and fixing little things.
