My understanding is that they are not for our Coupes.
I might be wrong, but don´t have any on my cars.

I've been wondering the same thing and can't find any on the coupes - I think they are for e3's
Werner at isettasrus on eBay sells the whole kit for two doors.

Picasso ear
There is a piece on the E9
It is more ear shaped and goes between the top of the armrest and the wood trim/door card (it actually touches both)
The coupe king has a barrel of them in tan and blue. Sadly I need the right side in red.
I have a blue one imcan swap

At least you didn't claim that it had to be original since you have had your coupe for 25 years!

My E9 was originally Polaris with a navy velour interior (as so many gray-market CSis were). After I had it repainted Signal Red (most people think it's Verona) in 1988, I happened into a '75 CS that came over from Saudi Arabia that had a tan leather interior. I swapped interiors and sold the '75. So the seats, door cards, and these handles all came from the '75. which doesn't explain it either...
