Owners manual

Thanks good to hear. I'd like to get my hands on a reprint. What is Coupeking?

It may be a disservice to use the word "reprint" for the Coupeking manual. Not a cheap facsimile, but it is a perfect copy of the original in every way. Didn't even know my purchased Coupeking manual was a "reprint" for the longest of time. All coupe owners should be able to use this "74" manual as most of its materials also apply to the earlier coupes.

I get what you're saying though I personally don't associate the word 'reprint' with 'cheap facsimile'. Sounds like the correct term to me. Perhaps 'perfect reprint'. Thanks for the link Stevehose, They look great.

Two comments--

1) Nicad FWIW--the e-bay 2800 CS owners handbook is an excellent value at sub $40 in its present condition. 2800 CS handbooks in fine condition are very rare birds and one in excellent condition will fetch $100. Wurth silver is a correct color for Alpina wheels with a light dusting of clear--for ease of cleaning--but not to result in a shiny finish.

2) The CoupeKing handbooks are equal in quality to the original factory handbooks as printed in west Germany.

I have an original 2800 CS handbook that was printed in West Germany--and I have carefully examined the CoupeKing reproduction of the 3.0 CS handbook--it is of comparable quality throughout to original copies.

Murray, I agree that some might pay $100, but if you are patient you might find one off of a rusted out East coast Coupe many people would say is worth nothing for quite a bit less. Glad I can read French and one less item to look for. Last month I bought a perfect condition Blue Binder service manual for $100 off Kijiji. The ad had been on the site a while. I rushed over there cash in hand, but bet the guy might have dropped $20 if I was a Haggler.
Thanks for the Wurth Colour confirmation. I will have them cleared with an Eggshell finish.

I was out bid on an Italian Language owner's manual on ebay. My coupe was Italian delivery and would love to have one in Italia. Anyone have one for sale?
