Most of left rear corner rebuilt due to bad patchs and rust, all patches hand made with hammer and dollys and rolled with english wheel etc

My apologies, by saying my panel work I ment "my car", "my" panel work would look a whole lot worse than that and there would be a lot of filler!!!
The guy doing the work is a resto specialist that works for himself, very good value at $40 per hour (thats about $30 usd or for you brits only about 16-18 pnds!! (malc- send your car down!)

looking real good. when I get my car back together I'll have to drive up and compare repair stories with you! Still a couple of months off though.

Great idea! or I'll get out of Auckland and come down to you it would be a nice drive, I'll be a few mounths away also, I'm fizzing at the bung to get back in and have a few skids!, When all finished the new lsd will be in so the old girl should sit up and go instead of great clouds of tyre smoke and wheel spin from one wheel, also the new and improved rear end will be in and set up with both rear wheels pointing in the right direction!
I'm definatly of to Pukekohe raceway for practice days!!!, to streach the the old girls legs, although the engine is causeing some concern at the moment, much smoke at high RPM and on a trailing throttel, (testing of compresions and leak down tests soon) :? But what the hell, if I kill it it just means I'll have to go and get that 3.5 sooner than I thought!
