Hi Team

Well finally have my car back home from being de rusted and re painted!! (Big sigh!)
and I'm just getting a list of bits together that I need to buy, mainly rubber trims etc
I've got most of the numbers sorted out but I'm having trouble finding a few, can anyone help?

I need part numbers for the following please

Hope I'm explaining myself properly here

Inside-- Valour trim for the drivers and passangers door windows (this go's on the timber trim at the top of the door)

Inside-- small rubber trim on the front of the timber peices at the top of the doors (this finish's up under the chrome "vent window" frame

Outside--Rubber trim to the front of the chrome trim at the top of the door (Picture 41/14) part 9

Outside--Fine black plastic trim to bottom of chrome trim at the top of the door
(Picture 41/14) Part 5??

I am also after all the other usual rubber seals for the doors and windows which I have P/N for, Where would you guys recomend for getting all this from? W&N or out of the States?

Any help here would be much appreciated

Steve

P.S will post some pictures of the car soon

Hi Koopman

Thanks for the offer but we have our "Valour's" mixed up, it's the fluffy strip that rubs against the glass at the top of the door that I'm after

Fluffy Window Seals

You might try JayMic in the UK. I purchased some "Fluffy window seals" for my 2002 from them a while back. I believe that those same fluffy window seals would work on the E9 too.

www.jaymic.com

And yes, JayMic referred to the parts as "fluffy window seals". Not sure if they are listed on their website or not. I sent them an e-mail asking about the part.
Cheers,
John

Those "fluffy window seals" are generic and can be bought at almost any Auto Upholsterey shop over here. I even modified the straight pieces for use on my rear quarter windows since that part is NLA. I used Jaymic for my 2002 as well, great service.

Thanks Team

Have also had an answer from Carl at La Jolla, he can do the Fluffy for $44.50 US each
and has put me right for the other bits I'm after, FYI the thin rubber seal under the chrome vent window frame is NLA, Carl has said to make this from Inner Tube

Thanks
