So here’s my final pattern for the side pieces in the trunk. Generous clearances around the features to allow for variation in installation, and I’m still not sure about the cutout for the gas filler. None of my errors during the installation are visible after everything else is installed.

I used SOFTSIDE BELUGA MARINE VINYL PEARL GREY from Albright Supply. Very close replica to OEM. 4 yards handles the entire trunk. Adhesive is Lokweld from the same supplier. When you put it in place it stays there. Nasty stuff so use plenty of ventilation!

Looks like this is the link: https://www.albrightssupply.com/softside-beluga-marine-vinyl-pearl-grey-bel3310

Did you search through all of the vinyl colors and textures that Albright carries to find that match? I'm impressed!

That Lokweld adhesive must be good stuff; I see that it can't be shipped to California. We are only trusted to use flour & water.

I need one piece about 4 ft by 1 ft and really don't want to buy a complete yard of the SOFTSIDE BELUGA MARINE VINYL PEARL GREY material.
Does anyone have an extra piece of scrap that I can buy to finish out my trunk?
Thanks, Dan
