Somebody hit 'Buy It Now' while I was looking at it. If it was someone here, I'll buy it from you with a tidy mark up. Retirement money!
 
I don't know about "personal" but I have a brand new wood knob with logo for the E9, correct threaded type, imported from Germany. I discovered my car has a later transmission with a slotted shaft. So up for grabs .. $50 shipped to lower 48 paypal f&f, or swap for same for the later box (I think it's a 633 box as the motor is a 3.3)

The Personal knobs are nice especially if you are trying to match the BMW horn button in your Nardi
but I think they also feel just right in your palm with the finger grooves on the side when shifting.
