Don, reminds me of the joke about the dumb counterfeiters who printed a batch of $6.00 bills. When they relized their mistatke thay decided to foist them off on some dumb hillbillies in West VA. There was a 2002 turbo on Ebay a couple months back with a skimpy description that disappeared before the auction ended without explanation ... probably the same scammer. From memory, it was a Chamonix car.

My view is that this is no different than a botched bank robbery. There is an attempt to steal a large sum of money and a prison sentence should be in order. I have had my identity stolen so many times and it is just sad. I (we) have become hyper-vigilant about everything. I think a few stern punishments would go a long way. OK, off my soapbox.
