Yes, I believe he has the largest single owned collection of gull-wings in the southern hemisphere, but the stirling car is the real gem.
He was telling me he has upset some of the gull wing fanatics by not restoring the car to its exact original specifications with it being such a historically important car.
He is painting it a different colour to original and changing the upholstery colour as well, but, as he says, it's his car so his colour choice, after he's done with it they can always change it back.
Personally I like his attitude

The car also happens to be a early aluminum bodied car so makes it all the more special
