Pics of rear demist switch

Can coupsters post pics of their rear demist switches? As I understand it there are a variety of switches based on what model year your car is. Some are mounted on the dash and are push button and others are mounted on the gear shift console. Also how many pins do each of these have?

Rear Defrost switch

I would be interested myself as mine is missing. I believe it was a push button located low left side dash and similar to the hazard button switch to the right (of the steering wheel)

The green one is front fog
The brown one is rear demist.

Looking at the orange parts book,OEM site and the owners manual for '74 it appears there was also a switch for "heated rear window" on the left side of shifter console(looks like cigarette lighter).
