Pin Stripes?

Has anyone ever seen a coupe with a pin stripe painted just below the aluminum trim band?
I know Art Wegweiser has an exotic and allegedly stock two tone paint job where tap big section of the side was painted a complementary color...

I know this post is from ages ago with no reply since.
But I still thought it was worth sharing the picture I found during a random google image search for BMW CS (I think that one might have been taken at C&C Irvine? Anyone know the owner?)
I personally really like that pinstripe - I think it adds a nice touch and enhances the simple beauty of the coupe.

I didn't know Stan had these pinstripes done and had switched to 16" Alpinas!
