Plastic Radiator tank, late 3.0CSi?

Found this radiator tank, looks like my e12 tank but no place for level sensor, hoses in same place as my euro 3.0CSi. Looks good, can still see where part tag was and has not changed color...Might be for early e12 so if not for an e3, sorry.

Do you have the parts that go onto the oil filter housing and dip stick tube that has a loop to hold the starter wire?
