Polaris Neu Paint

Hi,
At some point I will need to repaint some parts of my '74 CS.
The paint color is Polaris Neu
Most of the paint is original so faded. If I paint match I'm afraid the color will not match what it is supposed to look like.
Polaris is a failry popular color. Does anybody have a suggestion where to buy this paint?

BMW paint code is 060. Any good auto paint shop should be able to mix for you . I have a vague recollection that the silver Polaris shade may have varied from one year to the next ..the paint supplier should have a paint catalogue which you may want to check in case there is more than one type of "Polaris " notwithstanding the 060 code . Aeronotix, not sure where you are located but Mario/Christopher @ VSR painted some panels on my polaris coupe, I can not tell where they painted as the match is perfect. If your Polaris is older, then you will need someone like these guys to get it perfectly mixed, maybe you can contact them-

Every brand will have a slightly different formula as the materials and pigments have changed in the last 40 odd years. The underside of your trunk lid is a good place to have a paint shop match your color.
