Thats not fair or honorable to insult LUCAS Electrical...
Taking pot shots at Lucas Electrical is not fair or very honorable...
When every Lucas part is new, clean, and connected properly it will work perfectly... At least one time!
The rapid release of Lucas smoke from the wiring harness or electrical components when sucked into the engine makes any english car accelerate briskly and is how 007 evades capture...
Little known fact..
The original line in the Apocalypse Now script was... "AAAAhhhh I love the smell of burning Bakolite in the morning"... Because Coppola drove a Jag and he was always late to the set:-D... It was changed by Robert Duvall because a lot more people were terrified by the smell of burning Bakolite then Napalm so it was less offensive.
