In general, there's two ways to do it.
1. Get your own domain and space, so you can link to it directly from anywhere. Usually is absurdedly cheap for little stuff, sometimes even free.
2. Upload the image to one of the advert-driven image hosters, such as photobucket or imageshack. You upload the photo to them, they give you a special link which you can then insert in here like so:

Is that the same process for putting a photo of a car in the Photo Gallery section of the forum? So, just to be clear, unlike other forums of which I am a member, there is no way to directly post a photo using the forum program?
