power window issue - cracked rubber coupler

Has this happened to anyone else? Now I know why my window would work intermittently. I'd love to replace just the coupler, but have a feeling I'll need to buy more of the set-up to fix the issue. Thank you in advance for any advice.

In case anyone else has this issue. I was lucky enough to buy another motor with the white gear and black rubber coupler in good condition. By loosening the 4 bolts that hold the motor in place, I was able to slide the motor down enough to replace the 2 pieces and all is good now. While it's all open, I will re-grease and adjust the window as it has a few resistance spots on it.
