power window motor 4 prong connection diagram or pic needed

I have a 1974 CSI and have the 4 prong power window motor that has a black plastic casing. Does anyone have a pic or diagram of the wiring connection. I have a blue and black wire that is to be plugged to the unit but don't know which prongs to connect them to as the prongs are not labeled nor could I find any pics or diagrams.

look at this thread - in particular the diagram / discussion from jmackro. keep in mind the diagram that i posted will not work for you ... it is for the sardine motors.
