Prep and Paint - Northern California

I tried a couple search terms, but nothing seemed to provide names of places. Are there any recommendations for prep and paint in the Bay Area/Sacramento areas? My Bav just needs to be painted, as the metal work and rust repair and is already completed. The prices all seem to be around $12k, which is way more than I want to spend for just prep work and paint.

I shipped my car to Salt Lake City UT from the east bay. All in cost me just around 8k. Regulations and labor are much cheaper and worth the hassle of shipping.

Seems to me you must be able to get some nice work done in Mexico. The labour rate would be low, the skill set probably high at the right place and I'd also bet they can spray some amazingly bad chemicals on your car that do a great job.
 
Had my Bentley done in Mexico.
They ran the sander over the glass.
Never again.
Get it done local.
