Wow - great project and great progress. Congratulations on your wedding, AND on the rebuilding of your 2800 CS. I'm sure both 'events' will turn out beautifully for you.
 
all parts of new iron before them are painted with anti-rust and "primer" prior to welding in the car for the inside and also covered parts! also cover boards has 2 holes on the inside of the fins, because at this point a lot of water, dirt, etc, my e9 has sunroof, then has 4 drains, the water comes back to l'outside but front Deague tube is inside the bottom of the fin, but l'water remains stagnant in and no way out, so I chose to make holes in the front wheel arches and place Ilun inner tube for l ' water drain out!
