Wheels are almost value-less. They're everywhere. $75 a piece if they're in very good condition.

A clean and uncracked dash, however, is worth some good money. Do you mean just the top or the entire unit? Does it include the wood? I'd pay $500 for a complete dash that was crack free with decent wood, but I'd have a hard time finding one for that price.

Early heads were prone to cracking so unless you're getting a post-82 head you probably shouldn't pay more than a couple hundred dollars because you're getting something that's broken to begin with. Rebuilding a head is not cheap.........expect to spend at least $1000 to do so.
 
I have a centre dash for the clocks with very little damage I want to get rid of it, ill post a pic if you want to have a look
