pulling speedo

I know I've read something about this before, but I can't find it using a search. So..what do I need to do to pull the speedo with an odometer that's not working, and who can I send it to once I get it out? Thanks in advance.- Paul

If you are there Paul, you can also replace all instrument bulbs with
4W versions (Sylvania 3893 T4W).
