We are trying to work on a CS and thinking of ordering the Group 4 body kit on a 1974 CS. However I'm having a really difficult time finding information on how to install the panels and what sheet metal of the original car needs to be removed. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

No idea, but if it is a legit group 4 conversion you would have huge wheels and tires, so presumably you would cut the rear fenders to the wheel arches. Not sure if the stock suspension can handle that though

Here are some photos showing the metal removed on the front and the rear fibreglass mounted. They might be helpful.

My 1972 CSL tribute race car has group 2 fiberglass panels made by the Coupe Guy in Denver which are rivited to the steel fenders front and rear.
The steel fenders are cut out as shown in the above picture

Ireland Engineering also sells a Group 4/5 body kit with front spoiler for a reasonableprice. If rivited properly, these flared fenders become very solid and accommodate 10.5 inch wheels in front and 12.5 wheels in the rear.
