Just curious does anyone have or know of anyone who has resprayed
there coupe in Zinnobrot. IMO Euro converted E30 & E28's with the right
air dam, spoiler & wheels look really sharp. It's kind of like the same depth
of color as inka. ?

I would like wish everybody in coupe land A very merry Christmas.

JMHO, but red does not work on an E9 coupe. Works very well on an E24 though...like my 88 M6.

I didn't much care for red either. Until my buddy Larry bought one recently. It is a respray in the original red, and I love it.

I have named the color Whore Red. Bright, brassy, bold and beautiful.

Not a color for Puritans or Calvinists.

Translation please. "Rosso Puttanesca" I get a sense of the puttanesca part. But nothing else.

Wait, wait, Rosso is red. Right? But I still don't get the literal meaning of puttanesca beyond the obvious?? reference to a cat.

Paint codes and purported color names do not always translate very well between monitors.

MMercury Thanks for the pics brother. Back in the late 70's I had a
76 Double Deuce in Verona that looked pretty sweet.

Mercury, of course. I was thinking Italian Il Duce, Verona as in city. The photos have stirred up yearnings for a double deuce.. My first BWW, a new 1971 1600. So many stories.

I especially liked the last shot.

Thanks, Steve
