Rear Brake Rotor Price

While I was ordering some parts on Bavarian Auto I happened to see that their price for a 3.0CS rear rotor Part # 34 21 1 165 252 is $444.95. They replied to my email and said that the price is correct and BMW’s current MSRP is $468.32.

RealOEM says that the BMW MSRP is $180.66.
Tischer (GetBMWParts) says that the MSRP is $142.11 and their price is $113.69.

Any idea what is the real price?
 
That's about what I paid for ATE ones about 30 years ago, and seems reasonable.

Penske says the MSRP is also $142.11, where is Bavarian getting their price?
