The set is brand new. All that is needed is installation, join the 2 halves in the middle, all the brackets are provided, then paint.
The cost is $400.
The set is currently in possession of Mark Lias a member of E9.
I ignore how much the shipping will be, but ought to be a lot less, and no taxes.
