rear lap belts

Did a search but came up with very little on this.

Do many people have them and if so where did you source them?

Walloth and Nesch don't seem to have them in their price list.

hey guys. Thanks for the replies. That is a neat job orangener! I plan just to install one lap belt for the very rare time someone is in the back. Are the mounting points already present under the rear seat for this?

They just fitted some for me last week so I can get 2 child seats in the back, great job, now the whole family can travel in style. They do lap belts also and are at the end of the Jubilee line.

Can we ask what the price range and time for delivery was? Would you recommend them?

My 72 CS had rear lap belts. I took them out as soon as I found the threaded upper mounting plates in the trunk. You probably have them as well. Feel around behind the trunk hinges way up under the rear deck. I ordered some retro chrome three point belts from Seatbeltsplus.com and they are terrific.

I strongly discourage the whole lap belt idea. I just don't think they are very safe.

With the three point belts, I don't hesitate to let my kids or anyone else ride in the backseat.
