Rear Sub Frame Fittment question

Will the rear subframe from my '73 3.0cs directly bolt up to my '71 2800? I would like to upgrade the 2800 rear to disc brakes.

It should. As far as I know, they only used one subframe design over the entire production run.

Do you need the subframe or just the trailing arms/brake assemblies?

I'm going to drop the sub frames(front & rear), powder coat, upgrade bushings and reinstall. Any recomendations on bushings? Urathane, poly bronze, whats available?
