These fit into the stock subframe mounts. There is a rubber bushing that is within a metal capture. The red poly parts fill the "squish zones" that the original mounts offer. Walloth Nesch also offers a "motorsport" version that uses solid rubber bushings - thus negating the need for this red piece. Pics borrowed from WN.

Hello, thank you very much that you explain and solve the Mistry I couldn't fined the location but is this necessary to have it? I do have the part but I didn't know where is go
 
Not necessary, no. They stiffen up the subframe bushing. This may slightly reduce the movement of the subframe, but the bushings will not absorb shocks and vibration, which will instead be transmitted into the structure of the car. More modern BMWs have much more rigid structures, abd can handle additional stresses fairly well. Our cars are not rigid, and may flex or crack with the added stress.
 
I have them in my E3 and they do tighten up the arse a bit. I certainly would not go out of my way to install them but I was replacing the original 40 y.o mounts.
