Rear tail lights

I have been working on the rear tail lights - nothing is as simple as it looks on this vehicle. Spent all day getting the license plate holder and LH and RH lenses installed - lots of fiddling! Figured the bulb holder wiring and noticed I do not have the 4 63218754112 plastic knobs that hold the bulb holder. Is there a recommended replacement? Or another standard practice?
