Rear trim removal

Hi All, sorry if this has been covered before but I can't find a relevant post.

I'm in the process of stripping off exterior trim for some body work and need to remove the chrome waistline from rear 3/4. Some of the bolts need to be accessed from inside the rear cabin but I'm not sure/confident enough to lever the interior trim off.

I have the rear seats out, side arm rests removed and am staring at the rear window motor mech. Any suggestions as to how to remove the wood trim so I can get to those elusive waistline nuts ?

4 small screws on the inside and 1 on the otherside hold the wood/vinyl/chrome piece unit on. Unscrew them and gently tap it up away from the metal with a piece of wood if it's stuck. The manual has pictures of the screw locations.
