Rear view / interior mirror

Hi all. Just wondered if anyone has managed to get the rear view / interior mirror apart? My day/night mechanism has come loose from the mirror housing and second hand replacements are expensive and the mirror on mine is in good shape, better than those currently on offer so I’d prefer to fix mine if possible.

Photo attached of the part I mean in case there are variants out there.

I see the bracket only listed on eBay. Located in Poland. Reasonable price IMHO. Good luck!
