Rear Window Chrome Trim Block

Looking for the black piece that holds the rear chrome and rubber in place. Not even sure what it’s called. As usual have all new parts and rubber finally putting back together and it cracks. It’s been repaired poorly before. Thx for any info

There is a post somewhere here where someone bought some plastic beads from Amazon and made their own. Wish I could remember the posts title for you.
