I believe this car was in the Roundel classifieds several months back for the mid 30s. The current seller replaced the wheels with Alpinas (they were gold BBS).
I believe this car is from the same collection that sold the very nice white 74 big bumper CS for about 30K to Canepa Designs, who redid the interior and and has it priced at 95K.
Ouch and double ouch if I am correct.
Did anyone else notice these cars in the Roundel about 4 months ago?
I think both cars were in Denver. Does Coupeguy or anyone else know the story one these?

Seen at Laguna Seca

This car was at the ALMS on Friday, May 21, reportedly purchased the day before. Autosport's location explains the NY license plate inside the car, possibly transported to Laguna Seca in conjunction with the race. It was parked behind the Rasmussen Motorsports trailer but no response from them when I inquired. Rasmussen has been a BMW dealer in Portland, OR, since 1971 and also has a couple of MB stores plus Rover and Mini dealerships.

This car is also being advertised in the AutoWeek ad I posted earlier.
YBNormal probably deduced correctly because the ad says that its in OR.
But a quick google search of the AW seller's info shows that the car appears to be sold.
And if this is the same car from the BMWCCA site, this is quite a flip-job.
