Red warning light in Tachometer

I just got my 1970 2800 CS engine running again. For those in the know; what is the red warning light marked with the letter "B" inside the Tachometer for? I don't see anything in my Chilton manual.

B = brakes
two possible causes if lights on
one, hand brake is on, or handbrake switch not well adjusted
two, brake fluid is low, or floating pin in brake fluid reservoir is not well aligned with switch

Would be B for "brems", i.e. brake I think
