Could someone tell me how to access the registry archives. Also, how to verify build date and potential European registrations.

To get build date send an email request with your VIN to

As far as history of ownership.... very difficult to establish

Registry

The Registry database including names, location, contact is private and not shared unless owners allow private contact which most don't.
