I recently bought a replacement wiper arm from Koopman and was very pleased ( thanks Harry!)
He actually reached out to me knowing mine flew off while driving and offered me a set at a very reasonable price. I had already bought a new drivers side so only needed the passenger side.
One of the reasons mine flew off is that the grooves inside the base had worn smooth and the posts would just spin inside if the wipers were set on the high speed setting.
Below is a pic of the arm I got from Koopman which still has nice grooves in the base but also someone had inserted a rubber pad and wooden wedge shim to keep the attachment clip snug to the post which I thought was very clever.
