Could anyone advise me exactly how to remove and replace my E3 (3.0si 1976) interior door wooden trims please?

Can’t find any detailed information anywhere

There are fold-over tabs that go through the door panel - takes longer to remove the door panel/card itself. You un-bend the tabs, pull off the trim.

Let me know if you need some tips on recovering the wood pieces, I've been doing some experimenting and some pieces have turned out well :)

A little before & after- I typically replace the veneer because it's really easy, the problem occurs if the wood behind the veneer is all jacked-up. Here are a couple shots and tonight I'm spraying some dash pieces for a custom interior on an e9, I stained them in ebony and will be shooting the pieces with automotive clearcoat- should be bullet-proof.... should be :)
