I just ordered a set of reproduction factory bluebook manuals from Ebay for $99+S&H (item# 390054224114). I don't think these are loose leaf, they appear to be edge bound. Supposedly there are two sets left if anyone is interested. Once I get them I'll post a review.

I checked checked ebay and the seller is still showing 3 left. He also indicates he will ship worldwide.

As follow up on this, the manuals arrived and they are very nice. They are 100% complete, high quality reproductions of the factory manuals with 3 pages of fold out wiring diagrams. I have the real factory manuals and I will say that I will use these new ones instead because the paper is bright and the images are crisp. The only small issue is that they are edge bound so you can't pull out a section of interest; however this also makes it harder to lose or mis-file a section.
